Over the course of my career I have moved fluidly from documenting software for mobile devices to artificial intelligence, to genomic testing software, banking procedures, and building the Windows operating system. To create elegant content, I research my subject matter, interview and forge strong working relationships with Subject Matter Experts, and then verify and validate my content by actively testing it and using it as my audience would, prior to submitting it, frequently well ahead of my deadlines. |
