Thank you to all who attended the Tools of Engagement Training session on 2/6 or 2/7.  The extended Leadership Te= am enjoyed meeting with you for the session at the end of the day.  We ho= pe each of you took away at least one key action or learning from the day and = hope you saw this as a valuable manager development resour= ce.  As we discussed in our Q&A sessions, our ability to create engaging and inclusive work environments depends in many ways on you as peo= ple managers.  You are the ones who set the tone and example, and foster environments that embrace and ensure that we bring about the best of all th= at our people have to offer to our business.  Thank you for your efforts, and let’s keep up the good work!
